FRAMOS, the global supplier of imaging components, has welcomed Daniel Otto as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Since the start of February, Daniel Otto has been FRAMOS’s worldwide head of sales and marketing and is part of the management team. As CRO, Otto will focus on the ways that FRAMOS communicates with its customers and keep a finger on the pulse of markets and trends.

FRAMOS’s CEO, Dr Andreas Franz, noted: “With Daniel on board, he will lead us to work more collaboratively and strategically on our marketing, sales and technical support. Daniel is an outstanding team player and fits perfectly into our team-based culture”.

In his career, Daniel Otto has held management positions in sales and technical support with manufacturers that include IDS, Cognex and Rockwell Automation. FRAMOS stated that Otto’s “wealth of experience and knowledge, with both German and American companies, at an international level, will be beneficial in his understanding customers and aligning FRAMOS to meet their expectations, as a global player in the imaging sector”.

Talking about the new challenge, Otto said, “There is great potential in image processing. As a full-service provider, FRAMOS is able to comprehensively support customers with their imaging projects in a wide range of industries. I will bring my experience in marketing, sales and technical support to the FRAMOS teams to keep the company on course to becoming a global imaging solutions provider.
